so I am only one lesson into my parenting class. I like it. I have yelled less. It hasn't gone unnoticed that it may be due to the children returning to school and so I have 3 hours to rearrange my kitchen, emails, work and brain in silence, without demands and distractions. What ever is working I like it. I have hugged and kissed and welcomed the boys conversations more in the past 3 days than all of last month. so either way woooohooo!!!
So today I say Yay to reflection and routine.
