mommy speaks...

Ok so I did it, I not only closed to the bathroom door to have a shower, I locked it! For the first time in 6 years I have managed 8 minutes of privacy during my childrens waking hours. Just enough time to jump in scrub down the mummy tummy sanitize the hair, face, body and return before the threat of chaos begins. In that 8 minute I would like to point out I did not listen for crying, vomiting, screaming or arguing. I did not hear Mommy where are you? Mommy what are you doing? Mommy I want a...? need a? and my favorite, watch this! so to sum things up I have step forward in the world instead of the usual ~change underthings ~add pit stick ~brush teeth and hope for the best, I ~had a shower (plus the above mentioned items) am wearing, oh yes, powder and mascara and am sporting relatively clean pants. I am woman hear me roar!
