from the mouths of crazy, lovely monkeys...

A age 6 1/2: over dinner "do you know what I'm going to ask Santa for this Christmas?"
Me: "what?"
A: "a dirt bike!" (meaning a motorized dirt bike)
Me: "I don't think Santa can bring large gifts like that."
A: "well last year he brought me a scooter and it was this big." holds hands far apart.
Me: "No, what I mean is dirt bikes are very expensive and he has to bring toys many, many children."
A: "No, he makes them."
Me: "Well he still has to get the parts."
A: "where does he get the parts."
Kevin: "Ebay"

End of conversation.
I believe there may be one very disappointed boy sitting by our tree this December.

wow! i had a lot of catching up to do! i love the hockey game thing where a took off his shirt. my boys are heading out tomorrow for a game and i wonder if my son will attempt that? maybe i'll paint his chest for him and give my husband a little shock? haha.

as for the airplane sale... i think it's great! just let him do it! with an umbrella of course! i'm sure that someone, probably an older grandpa type, will buy a plane for 25 cents, and a will be so proud!

Hello Alison, hope your boys have a great time at the game. I am sure your little man will come up with some entertainment :)
