Oscar Wilde... what do you think?

We've noticed lately a very distinct similarity between not only our offspring and Calvin and Hobbes but a very scary similarity between the parents in the comic to Kev and I. As frightening as that is even scarier the parenting techniques seem to have a very strong resemblance. I have not only seen my husband use this tactic but I have also seen him give this as advice to new parents.


It leaves me wondering does Life imitate art far more than art imitates life?
