7:40 pm just caught G standing on the upstairs back deck pulling his shorts and underwear down
(all the decks of the houses beside us line up in a row in plain view) "I holler G what are you doing?" He responds innocently with " I wanna pee out there!" pointing to between the rungs on the deck.
